Updated October 22, 2026. These Terms govern use of formanlegacy.com and purchases from Form An Legacy. Customers must provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information and use the site lawfully.
Orders, payment and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept an order upon confirmation and successful processing of payment. Product pricing, taxes, shipping and any mandatory charges are disclosed before payment. We may investigate, hold, decline, or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, material errors or inability to fulfill. Canceled paid orders receive refunds where due under law and payment-provider rules.
Physical merchandise — final sale
All clothing and apparel sales are final. No voluntary returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds after acceptance and payment. Other physical merchandise, including accessories, artwork, prints, collectibles and branded merchandise, is final sale unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. Buyer remorse, incorrect customer-selected sizes and other customer ordering errors do not qualify for voluntary refunds. Custom design work
The $5 custom design request fee covers agreed review and preliminary design work and becomes non-refundable once that work starts, except as law requires or if the agreed service is not provided. The fee does not buy a garment. Customers review and approve the proposed mockup and final garment price before separate garment payment becomes due. Customers are responsible for reviewing art placement, scale, crop, color, garment, size, spelling and all custom specifications before approval.
Memberships and digital access
Memberships and GRUB digital comics or other digital-access services follow their separately displayed subscription or digital-purchase terms rather than the physical-merchandise return rules. Form An Legacy Exclusive is a recurring membership: the price, billing interval, and renewal conditions shown at checkout govern. Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the applicable membership terms and law. See the Membership & Subscription Policy.
Privacy and fraud prevention
We protect customer and order information as described in our Privacy Policy and use authorized service providers as necessary for payments, fulfillment, and fraud prevention. We may contest knowingly false or fraudulent claims using lawful evidence, without restricting valid chargeback rights.
Intellectual property and products
Artwork, site content, product designs and trademarks belong to Form An Legacy or their respective licensors. Product purchase does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Screen settings and production processes can cause minor visual differences that are not defects; this does not limit remedies for materially misdescribed or defective goods. Prices and availability may change before order acceptance.
Acceptable use and liability
Unauthorized site access, interference, infringement, fraudulent conduct and unlawful submissions are prohibited. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect or consequential damages. No term excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
