Membership unlocks the Exclusive Art archive and may include member updates, early-access opportunities, and occasional member-only offers. Garment quality remains consistent across Dream Art and Exclusive Art; the artwork collection selected determines the finished-piece price. Discounts are not guaranteed unless a particular offer states otherwise.
Authorization, renewal, and cancellation
By enrolling, you authorize Shopify and the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file at each renewal. You may cancel through the membership-management area connected to your customer account, when available, or request assistance by emailing shopify.surpass198@passmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds and access
Membership charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or when we determine that purchased access was not delivered. Membership access is intended for the purchasing customer and may be linked to the customer’s Shopify account and email address. Sharing, reselling, or bypassing access controls may result in suspension or cancellation.
Changes
We may change membership benefits or pricing. We will provide notice and obtain consent when applicable law requires it. A material pricing change applies no earlier than permitted by applicable law and the notice provided.
