This $5 fee covers the time and creative work required to review your choices and prepare your custom mockup. It does not purchase the garments.

After payment, watch your email for your Form An Legacy mockup. Review it and approve the design. Once approved, you will receive a separate secure payment link for the garments you selected. Production begins only after that final payment is completed.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

01PAY THE $5 REQUEST FEEYour selected garments, colors, sizes, artwork and request number are attached to the paid request.
02RECEIVE YOUR MOCKUP BY EMAILWe build the design from the exact artwork and garment configurations you submitted.
03APPROVE OR DECLINEIf you decline, the request closes and no garment payment is due. The $5 fee remains non-refundable.
04PAY FOR YOUR GARMENTSAfter approval, Form An Legacy sends a secure payment link for the approved garment total, plus any applicable tax or shipping.
